The Delta counter sits inside the Superstore on 120 Street, so it keeps store hours rather than office hours. Nine in the morning until nine at night, six days a week, and ten until eight on Sunday. It is the branch that is still open when the others have shut, which is why calls from across the Lower Mainland come through here in the evening. Renewals, plates and a question you did not want to leave until Monday.

We are licensed to arrange insurance for the whole of British Columbia, so you can start by phone or online from anywhere in the province.
Can I renew my ICBC plates on a Sunday?
Yes. We are an Autoplan broker and this branch is open Sundays 10:00 to 20:00, so plates, renewals and transfers can be done at the weekend. Bring your current papers and your driver’s licence.
How late are you open?
This office holds the longest hours of the three, Monday to Saturday until 21:00 and Sunday until 20:00. If you work days, this is the counter that does not ask you to take time off to sort your insurance out. No appointment is needed, walk in during opening hours.
Is this branch different from Vancouver or Surrey?
No. Every branch writes every line of insurance and routes files internally to the right department. Use whichever office is most convenient.
Can I sort a policy out after work?
Yes. This office is open until 21:00 Monday to Saturday and until 20:00 on Sunday, and every line of insurance is written here, not only quick renewals. Vancouver closes at 18:30 on weekdays and Surrey at 18:00, so late evenings are this office.
What if I need help outside opening hours?
This is the branch with the longest hours, until 21:00 most days and open every Sunday, so it is usually the one still answering.
