Write to us

Tell us what you need.

Plain words are fine. Choose how you would like us to get back to you and that is how we will.

Send this to a broker.

We only use your details to answer your question. We do not sell your information.

Also worth knowing

Run an association, union or society? See Associations & unions for board cover and member programs.

Building something? Builders risk covers the project itself. Your liability policy is there for harm you do to other people and their property, and your own half built structure is not other people’s property. The building going up and the materials sitting on site waiting to go in are what builders risk is written to cover. If you are not sure which of the two you are missing, send us what you have and we will tell you.

Architect, engineer or design consultant? See Architects & engineers, no discipline excluded.

Not sure what you need?

Try the free risk snapshot. A few quick questions shaped to your exact situation, no name, no email, and you get a plain list of what you are actually exposed to. Or see how we work.

Common questions

Before you get in touch.

Do I need an appointment?

No. All three branches take walk-ins during opening hours, and the lights at the top of every page show whether we are open right now.

Which branch should I use?

Whichever is closest, or whichever is open. Delta is open seven days a week and latest of the three; Vancouver opens on Sundays.

Do I have to be near one of your offices?

No. We are licensed to arrange insurance anywhere in British Columbia, so where you live in the province does not shut you out. The Vancouver, Delta and Surrey offices are there for people who want to walk in. They are not a boundary. The Interior, the Island and the north of the province are all inside the area our licence covers. We cannot help outside British Columbia.

What should I bring for ICBC?

Your current insurance papers and your driver’s licence. For a transfer, add the signed transfer form and the seller’s details.

How do you prefer to be contacted?

However suits you. Tell us whether you want email, a phone call or a text back, and that is what we will use.

Do you speak languages other than English?

Yes. English, Punjabi, Hindi, Italian, Cantonese and Mandarin are spoken across our counters.

A sentence is enough. If a contract or a letter is involved, say so and we will ask for it.
So the right team picks it up.
The single most useful thing you can tell us. It lets us plan properly instead of rushing.
How would you like us to reply?
We will use exactly this and nothing else.
