Are you open on Sundays?
Yes. The Delta branch is open seven days a week, 10:00 to 20:00 on Sundays and until 21:00 the rest of the week. No appointment and no online form first, walk up to the counter inside the Superstore on 120th Street and someone will deal with you.
It is also the branch that answers after the others close. If you call any S&S office outside its hours, the call routes here.

For ICBC and vehicles
Your current insurance papers, your driver’s licence, and the vehicle registration if you are transferring or buying.
For home or business
Your current policy or renewal notice if you have one. If you do not, come anyway. We can work from what you know.

The letter from the insurer. That single document tells us more than an hour of questions would.

Can I renew my ICBC plates on a Sunday?
Yes. We are an Autoplan broker and this branch is open Sundays 10:00 to 20:00, so plates, renewals and transfers can be done at the weekend. Bring your current papers and your driver’s licence.
Do I need an appointment?
No. Walk in during opening hours. If you would rather book a time, call the branch and we will set one.
Is this branch different from Vancouver or Surrey?
No. Every branch writes every line of insurance and routes files internally to the right department. Use whichever office is most convenient.
What if I need help outside opening hours?
This is the branch with the longest hours, until 21:00 most days and open every Sunday, so it is usually the one still answering.
Do you speak languages other than English?
Yes. Our team speaks Punjabi, Hindi, Italian, Cantonese and Mandarin as well as English.
