Three ways to reach us. You choose which.
Walk into a branch, call the office nearest you, or tell us what you need and pick how you want us to reply. No call centre, no ticket number. You deal with a broker.
How do I contact S&S Insurance?
Call the branch nearest you (Vancouver 604-324-5711, Delta 604-635-0890, or Surrey 604-319-1000) or walk in without an appointment during opening hours. Delta is open seven days a week. If you would rather write, use the form on this page and tell us whether you want an email back, a phone call, or a time to come in.
Every office does everything.
There is no wrong branch to contact. All three write every line of insurance and route your file internally to the right desk.

Inside the Superstore
The lights at the top of this page show which branches are open right now. Outside opening hours, calls route to a branch that is still open.
Where to send what.
Making a claim
Call your branch first. We make the claim on your behalf. See our claims page for what to do in the first hour.
A certificate for a job
Send the insurance clause from the contract, the project name and the start date. Say if you are against a deadline.
You have been declined
Send us the letter from the insurer. That one document tells us more than an hour of questions.
ICBC and vehicles
Counter work, come in with your papers and your driver’s licence. No appointment.
A complaint
Tell your broker first. If that does not resolve it, our complaints page sets out every step after that.
Privacy questions
Requests about your personal information go to our Privacy Officer, details on the privacy page.
Tell us what you need.
Plain words are fine. Choose how you would like us to get back to you and that is how we will.
Send this to a broker.
Name, email, phone, what you need, and how you would like us to reply, email, a call, or an appointment to come in. One permission box, unticked, with a plain sentence saying what we will use your details for. And one question that saves you money later: when does your current policy renew?
We only use your details to answer your question. We do not sell your information.
Run an association, union or society? See Associations & unions for board cover and member programs.
Building something? Builders risk covers the project itself, our single largest line.
Architect, engineer or design consultant? See Architects & engineers, no discipline excluded.
Try the free risk snapshot, four questions, no name, no email, and you get a plain list of what you are actually exposed to. Or see how we work.
Before you get in touch.
Do I need an appointment?
No. All three branches take walk-ins during opening hours, and the lights at the top of every page show whether we are open right now.
Which branch should I use?
Whichever is closest, or whichever is open. Delta is open seven days a week and latest of the three; Vancouver opens on Sundays.
What should I bring for ICBC?
Your current insurance papers and your driver’s licence. For a transfer, add the signed transfer form and the seller’s details.
How do you prefer to be contacted?
However suits you. Tell us whether you want email, a phone call or a text back, and that is what we will use.
Do you speak languages other than English?
Yes. English, Punjabi, Hindi, Italian, Cantonese and Mandarin are spoken across our counters.
